After a career in public accounting and various industry roles in accounting and finance, I started to hire people and really enjoyed the process and the challenge it presented. How do you hire well? How do you get good at hiring the right person? That was the seed for starting my own recruitment business. I now help CPA firm owners by alleviating one of their biggest challenges: how do I find talent in this market? My team and I do the heavy lifting to find, attract, evaluate, and present the best available candidates when they have a need. I've built a team of dedicated specialists in research and sourcing. With my technical background and expertise as a CPA, I complete the screening and evaluation of all candidates before presenting them to my clients for consideration. Along the way I help them implement best practices in their recruitment process to produce the best result possible from the hiring process.
