Salma is a CPA, CFO, and CEO of PROKONECT, passionate about accounting, finance, and business. In her career, she has served businesses from all over the world and with different accounting guidance, ensuring they are compliant, performant, and continuously growing. She has worked with businesses of all shapes, models, industries - from start-ups to billion-dollar companies. She also participated in two IPOs and has been involved in multiple advisory projects including research of complex accounting treatments.

Salma also leads a non-profit organization called ZIM (zimbank.org) based in California, USA. She is the operational and financial leader and has been growing the organization since 2013. ZIM provides zero-interest microfinance loans to low-income aspiring entrepreneurs across the globe.
